#MCS EP08: REMOTE GRADING IN DAVINCI RESOLVE

Resolve 12 as a nice feature because that enables a colorist to remotely control a color grading session from a local workstation. This is possible across a a network or between two stations thousands of kilometres away. All you need is two licenses of DaVinci Resolve Studio, an internet connection and two copies of your medias.

In the 8th episode on My Canadian Studio, Mathieu Marano is taking you through the steps of configuring both stations to enable the remote grading.

DaVinci Resolve 12 has a new feature that enables a colorist to use a secondary Resolve station to render timelines while he continues on gradin another project. If you have two Resolve Studio stations and a shared storage you can use this function and save a lot of time.

In the the 5th episode of My Canadian Studio, Mathieu Marano shows you had to configure two Resolve 12 stations to use remote rendering.
