Because there are those out there operating under the delusion that it's an actual and proper TV production tool. There are some fools who actually think they can use it and it alone, that's why.
It's a TV toy.
So I thought I'd post some notable examples of 5D work I've found and let everybody out there make the call.

Thx for the samples, I always want to see. Seems this is the way of the future, if one judges by the new little RED camera coming out soon (?). As a photographer who shoots video, I really like the idea of the combination...and the ability to use that closet full of glass to do some creative filming. Cheers!
