Not only is it a touching story but it is made doubly so because Pixar refused to grandstand on it. The person, who is still anonymous, came and played the movie and left -- with tears in their eyes, I am sure.
Makes me feel much better about all those Pixar tickets I have bought over the years and all those Pixel Special Editions that grace our library shelves.
